- 2024: On March 26 she sang "Shunkan Heartbeat" 100 times over 6 hours and 48 minutes as part of a push for ReGLOSS to reach 2.5 million combined YouTube subscribers, gaining about 11,000 subscribers during the stream. The goal was met in August. On September 28 her 3D model was unveiled and ReGLOSS held the 3D live "Reach the top!", which peaked at over 200,000 concurrent viewers. She reached 500,000 subscribers in October, the last ReGLOSS member to do so, and ReGLOSS's first album ReGLOSS was released on November 6. She also appeared in YouTube Music Weekend 8.0 and the rhythm game Groove Coaster Wai Wai Party!!!! (with Todoroki Hajime).

Musical Style and Persona
Otonose livestreams herself singing weekly, the highest frequency among ReGLOSS members. Her singing is interspersed with banter meant to rile up her audience, and this contrast has been cited as her central appeal. Her singing voice also differs markedly from her speaking voice. A signature skit has her taunting viewers on Sundays that "tomorrow is Monday," filling the chat with angry red emojis; "You & Aizu" references the joke, and fans have nicknamed her "Monday-chan." She listens widely to Vocaloid, anime songs, J-POP and K-POP.
