Career
Hanyuu debuted in November 2015 by uploading the original Hatsune Miku song "Yureru" to Niconico Douga. Vocaloid songs followed, using Hatsune Miku and v flower. "Aun no Beats," uploaded in August 2017 as the twelfth song, became the first Hall of Fame piece.
In 2018 the artist released a first album, "Ukiyo Meguri" (October 3), through their own label. The second album, "Mashō no Kamatoto" (December 18, 2019), is a concept album telling a story about a man named Kamatoto, with vocals by female vocalist Nekoyashiki.
In October 2020 came the single "Aun no Beats (Ujico*Remix)." On March 15, 2021, Hanyuu announced joining VIA, a label within Toys Factory, and on May 14 debuted there with the digital single "Onomatopoeia (feat. Riria.)." Musical Style
Hanyuu's music is characterized by ambient and electronic sounds. Songs are built around the voicebanks Hatsune Miku and v flower, and the album "Mashō no Kamatoto" shows an interest in story-driven concept work.
