1999: Solo Activities and Disbandment

In 1999, SPEED began individual solo activities and announced their disbandment on March 31, 2000. Before their split, they released their final single “Long Way Home” and their last album “Carry On My Way,” bidding farewell to their fans.

SPEED reunited twice for limited periods in 2001 and 2003, participating in charity events and releasing a new single “Be My Love.”

2008: Full Reunion

In August 2008, SPEED announced their official full reunion, making a comeback with the single “Ashita no Sora” and resuming their activities with new albums and tours.
