About

Teniwoha

Overview

Teniwoha (てにをは, born August 23, male) is a Japanese Vocaloid producer and novelist. He began uploading songs made with VOCALOID to Niconico on September 11, 2010, and now posts mainly Vocaloid songs on YouTube as well. He sometimes performs his own Vocaloid songs with acoustic accompaniment on streams and also writes songs for utaite singers. He publishes novels under the name Seigo Orikawa (織川制吾) too.

His name comes from the Japanese grammatical particles "te-ni-wo-ha"; he liked the mysterious sound of the word and thought no one else was likely to use it.

His best-known works include the "Jogakusei Tantei" (Schoolgirl Detective) series, which contains "Kosho Yashiki Satsujin Jiken" (also used in Koimusume Tsumugi Meikyu), and "Villain", a song about transgender themes.
