Yuki Kuramochi (倉持有希), known professionally as Yuki, is a Japanese singer born on February 17, 1972, in Hakodate, Hokkaido. She is best known as the lead vocalist for the rock band Judy and Mary and has been a solo artist since 2002. Career History

Early Career

Yuki's journey began when she met Yoshihito Onda while he was in Hakodate filming a movie in 1992. This encounter led to the formation of Judy and Mary in 1992. She debuted as the band's vocalist in 1993 and subsequently hosted the radio program 'Yuki's All Night Nippon' starting in 1994.

Major Achievements

In 1996, Yuki's song 'Sobakasu' reached number one on the Oricon charts, marking a significant milestone in her career.
In 1999, she temporarily paused Judy and Mary’s activities to participate in projects like NiNa and Chara+Yuki.
Yuki made her solo debut in 2002 with 'The End of Shite,' releasing various albums and singles since then.
